Personalised Event Catering
As Covid took control of 2020, Vine Dining swiftly moved from Catering for Corporates to Catering for The Community.
This move saw us prepare, cook and freeze around 400 meals each week. These were then distributed in our food hampers to vulnerable and isolated members of the local community. The recipients included families, vulnerable individuals and the elderly. This service carried on until April 2021 as we wanted to make sure our most vulnerable clients had all the help and support they needed.
Transitioning out of Covid and rebuilding Vine Dining is going to take some time and at the moment we look at each request for catering on an individual basis. We have a growing number of participants booked on our Cooking with Confidence Course and taking their Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety Certificates. as the team grows the more we will be able to do and the more opportunities we create for people to work in the hospitality industry.
