Help for the community

The Vine Centre offers support to anyone in need of our services and that can take many different forms. Our team are good listeners and we will help to come up with a plan and help you to prioritise the next steps forward. We won't turn anyone away that is in need, but if we cannot help for any reason we will ensure to point you in the right direction for help. We work in a very holistic way, and encourage those that we are helping to take responsibility and action in their own lives.

We can support with housing - to sustain tenancy or find suitable accommodation, benefits - making new claims, managing current benefits or supporting with appeals. We also help with negotiating with utility suppliers to ensure that individuals are on the correct tariff and claiming any discounts they are eligible for, including winter fuel discounts.

We know if can be overwhelming trying to organise different forms or speaking to various people on the phone - we can talk to the providers on your behalf and help with individual circumstances.

Most of all, we are here to support with whatever our community needs - and sometimes that is simply just a friendly face and someone to listen.
