I used to be a Conference and Events Manager for a large corporate a few years ago, so have sampled some of the best catering. I was knocked out at the quality of the ingredients used to a make a selection of simple sandwiches, although there was nothing simple about them. Great bread, great varied selection of sandwiches, with the freshest of ingredients. As a group we all kept going back for more - who does that with sandwiches. Now, I have to talk about their freshly made amazing carrot cake. It just melted in your mouth. Then I heard about the work that The Vine Dining do in training people who may be down on their luck in catering. Greg should be applauded for what he has achieved and the work he is doing.
